Sumptuously furnished, these 5-star luxury apartments boast beautiful décor, sound systems, and LCD TVs with Sky+ channels.

Each spacious apartment contains a state of the art fitted kitchen, luxurious sofa and is kitted out with all the facilities and items that you would expect to find in your own home, from hairdryers to a 40" flat screen LCD TV. Our beds will make the weariest of travellers feel welcome with their memory foam layer mattresses and top quality linen as standard. Luxury linen, towels and toiletries add to your comfort. The luxurious living room has Sky+ TV, free WiFi and a safe. The sleek and modern kitchen features a stainless steel oven with a hob and microwave. It opens onto a dining area with designer table and chairs.

The private balcony offers lovely views of Edinburgh.

Our guests also have access to their own private phone line, with free international phone calls to most countries where available, including calls to mobiles in the USA and Canada. On arrival, guests are greeted with a welcome pack which includes a guide to the local area.

The vibrant Leith Docks area and the Ocean Terminal are a 5-minute walk. Our Edinburgh apartments are the ideal hub from which to access the city centre and Princes Street, be it for business or pleasure. We are also just a few minutes from the Scottish Parliament, the royal residence at Holyrood Palace, as well as most of the main attractions in Scotland's capital city such as Edinburgh Castle.

Free parking is available on-site.

We have a manned reception area on the ground floor of the building and outwith this time are contactable by mobile telephone. Our housekeeping team are based on site to service the apartments.

The bedrooms can be arranged with 1 Double and 2 Single beds or 2 Double beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and a second bathroom has shower cubicle.

If there are more than 4 people in your group we can accommodate all in various apartments all within the same location as there are 16 apartments in total.

A 10% non refundable/ non transferable deposit is payable on booking and guests may check in from 2:00pm onwards and will be greeted by a member of staff on arrival who will provide a short tour of the apartment and explain its facilities. Earlier check-in times may be possible but must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance of arrival.

Check out time is 11:00am on the day of departure. This time may be extended at our discretion, and any requirement for an extended check out time must be indicated by the guest on arrival.

In the interests of our guests, we regret that these apartments are unable to accept bookings for Stag and Hen Parties and other such large group bookings of a similar nature.
